WE GUARANTEE TO SHIP YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS DESCRIBED. IF OUR LISTING IS WRONG, WE ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY. WE WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND IF NO SUBSTITUTE IS AVAILABLE, OR WE WILL SEND THE CORRECT ITEM AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES, ESPECIALLY ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. DOMESTIC PARCEL POST OR MEDIA MAIL CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS DELIVERY TIME. INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES USUALLY TAKE BETWEEN 10 DAYS AND 6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.
Please inspect your product for manufacturer defect and shipping damage before installing.
If product arrives with damage, you may refuse to take the package and product will be returned back to us at no charge. Then we will send you a replacement package upon receipt.
No return on electrical parts unless it is sealed in original packaging. If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item or quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item or quantity, or a full refund including shipping and handling.
By law, within 10 calendar days of the date of delivery of ordered goods, you have the right to return them without giving reasons. This applies only to consumer sales, and hence only to cases where goods are sold to an individual making the purchase not in relation to professional or business activity.
Before any returns or exchanges, please contact via message field our customer service representatives, please include item number, specific description of damage or other problem and clear explanation of your reason.
The returned product must not carry signs of use.If product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued for you. If this condition is not fulfilled, the product will not be accepted.
If you wish to return a product
- Send the purchased product with its entire contents in undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
- Attach to the package a written explanation , in which you express your wish to return the product, as well as the account number to which payment is to be refunded.
- Within 3 working days of receiving your package we will check the state of the returned product (that it does not carry signs of use, has not been damaged, and is in the original packaging with the whole of its contents).
- If there are no reasons why we are unable to proceed, we will send notification to your e-mail address that the product has been successfully returned. The money will be refunded to the indicated account within 14 days.
If we authorized the return, customer will get an email with instructions for returning the item. ( email will be replied within 48 hours, on business hours)
If your attempt to return a product is rejected ( due to damage to the product or signs of use ), we will send to your e-mail address a notification that the return of the product has not been accepted. We will send the product back to the indicated return address within 7 working days, paying the costs of postage.
We are not responsible for any illegal issues that caused by the improper usage of our products.
Customer loses the right to complain and guarantees
a. If you try to open the parts and try open housing part
b .If you open the part
c. If you try to repair parts
d. If you repairs the defective part from the dealer ,without prior consultation with the seller of such a way of dealing with complaints.The customer loses the right to recover the costs incurred.
e. If you received the item and there it is mechanical damage, created as a result of transport by transport company. Such a package should not receive from the courier , otherwise the client is seeking compensation from the transport company.
Before accepting a package, always check that it has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we advise that you refuse delivery of the package and then contact us by telephone or by email.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase.
